- Customer purchases new pump/meter or transfer system from Pump & Meter Solutions. P & M Solutions secures decal to item purchased with purchase date indicated on decal.
- Customer notifies P & M Solutions they would like equipment serviced under service agreement. Service agreement is limited to (July – November) dates.
- P & M Solutions provides customer with Return Goods Authorization that is to accompany the equipment shipped for service.
- Customer ships equipment pre-paid to P & M Solutions following the instructions on the Return Goods Authorization.
- P & M Solutions provides service to the equipment and notifies customer of findings. The equipment is shipped back to the customer. Customer is responsible for all shipping and any customer approved non-warranty parts.

Q. Can I purchase a service agreement for equipment I already own?
A. Annual service agreement can be purchased for $40.00 per year for a complete transfer system (transfer system includes a pump and meter). Discounts are not provided for individual components of the transfer system.
Q. How do I know if my service agreement is still valid?
A. There is a Pump & Meter Solutions decal on your equipment with the month and year of purchase denoted. If the month and date falls within a two year period of the current date then the service agreement is valid.
Q. Why is the service agreement only able to be utilized during the months of July through November?
A. This is the best time to evaluate and winterize equipment so that it is ready for spring season. In season service will be billed at standard rates.
Q. Why do I need a Return Goods Authorization?
A. The Return Goods Authorization provides the customer instructions on shipping. It also ensures P & M Solutions proper tracking of the customers equipment.
Q. What expense will I incur with the service agreement?
A. The only expense to the customer is the cost of shipping the equipment to and from P & M Solutions. All labor and shop supplies are provided free under the service agreement.
Q. What is customer approved non-warranty parts?
A. These are parts that are not covered by a manufacturer’s warranty that is required for the equipment to perform at the manufacturers specifications. Replacement parts will be communicated and approved by the customer before repairs are made.
