2) When equipment arrives at Pump & Meter Solutions, it will be logged in, visually inspected and evaluated.
3) Once equipment has been logged in and inspected, you will be contacted to confirm that your equipment was received. An estimate for repair and estimated ship date will be provided at that time.
4) Once repairs have been completed, Pump & Meter Solutions will again contact you and provide the actual repair cost.* At that time, you may choose to purchase the repaired equipment or upgrade to new equipment.
*Customer is not obligated to purchase repaired equipment. However, if customer chooses not to purchase repaired equipment, it becomes property of Pump & Meter Solutions.
